Info about the Screen9 and Quickchannel merger
In September 2022, Screen9 and Quickchannel merged to create a next generation end-to-end video platform. As of now, both companies still operate but technically, Screen9 is now a subsidiary of Quickchannel. We operate under the brand name Quickchannel and later in 2023, we will incorporate Screen9 into Quickchannel as one legal entity.
Together, we operate two platforms. The legacy Quickchannel video platform found here and the new Quickchannel platform (formerly the Screen9 platform) here. The new Quickchannel platform is operated by Screen9, hence URLs and legal references will still point towards Screen9. Once we’re one legal entity, those references will change.
The new Quickchannel platform is based on the Screen9 platform. As such, all Screen9 customers automatically have access to the new Quickchannel platform (using the same login credentials), whereas Quickchannel customers will need to sign a new contract for the new platform.
The Screen9 platform had an iOS app and many integrations with thirds party components which have not been updated with the new name and logo yet. They will still work with the new Quickchannel platform but you may see Screen9’s brand name in various places until all integrations have been updated.
We’re sure you’re going to feel right at home in an instant on our new seamless, innovative and secure end-to-end video platform. If you have any further questions don’t hesitate to contact us.
