By using the Chat, you acknowledge and agree

  1. that you will not create a user for the purpose of abusing the functionality of the site.
  2. that you will you seek to pass yourself off as another user.
  3. that you will not post content which is deliberately intended to upset or harm other users
  4. that you will not use the Chat to post or otherwise transmit content that victimises, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of any impermissible classification, including, without limitation, religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, colour, creed, ethnicity, national origin, citizenship, age, marital status or disability;
  5. that when chatting, you are doing so at your own discretion and risk, including any reliance on the accuracy and completeness, of that content.
  6. that use of the Chat for commercial purposes, including, without limitation, submitting any material to solicit funds or to promote, advertise or solicit the sale of any goods or services is strictly prohibited.
  7. that the views expressed by you and other users in the Chat do not necessarily reflect the views of Screen9, and we do not support or endorse any user content.
  8. that Screen9 has no obligation to pre-screen, monitor, review, or edit any content posted by you and other users.
  9. that your selected user name and posts may be presented to other users of the Chat.
  10. that your comments and user name may be recorded by Screen9 and associated to the live and recorded video/broadcast which was presented in connection with the Chat.
  11. that your IP address and selected user name will be stored and presented to the administrators of the Chat.

Furthermore, you warrant that the content you submit to us is not obscene, threatening, harassing, libellous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, offensive, or defamatory of any person or illegal.

 

By participating in Polls, you acknowledge and agree

  1. that your response and user name may be recorded by Screen9 and associated to the live and recorded video/broadcast which was presented in connection with the Chat.
  2. that your IP address and selected user name will be stored and presented to the administrators of the Chat.
